Welcome to Saratoga Little League and T-Ball Baseball 2010!
The teams have been formed and we are excited about another exciting year for our boys and girls. T-Ball is a great opportunity to meet new friends, play as a team, learn the basics of baseball, and best of all have loads of fun!
We strongly believe that the primary objective of T-Ball is for kids to have fun and to enjoy playing with their friends. There is no scoring in T-Ball and therefore any sort of competition between teams is supposed to only be of the friendliest nature.
I would like to encourage you to come watch your young ones play T-Ball this year. Be sure to cheer them on, celebrate the good plays, support their good effort, and even plan on having many a good laugh watching some of their very special antics! Good luck to all and have a great season.

- T-Ball is an introductory Division for children of Little League age 4 years old or in kindergarten. T-Ball is NOT intended to be competitive but fun. Game scores and individual team standings are not recorded. There is one practice during the week and one game during the weekend. Players will be exposed to the basics of baseball including hitting, catching, throwing and base running. Players hit balls placed upon a tee (coach/manager or parent pitching is forbidden). There are no practices and teams play 2 to 3 inning games twice a week. Participation trophies are given to all players at the end of the season.

- Learn bat/equipment safety.
- Learn basic throwing skills.
- Introduction to positions (infield, outfield, bases)

- T-Ball play is goverened by the rules established by Little League Baseball as well as the Local Saratoga Little League Rules.
