In preparation for the All-Star and Tournament Team selection process, we are asking all families with players ages 9-12 to answer the following:
Can you say YES to ALL of the following questions?
- My child will attend all practices that will be held from 6-7 days per week for 2 weeks prior to the tournament date for a minimum of 2-3 hours (dates & times will be determined by the Manager).
- Can you guarantee 100% attendance at all games
(see tournament dates listed below – specific game times & dates are tbd). - Can you provide documentation shown below in a timely manner?
- Original birth certificates (not an abstract)
- At least 3 recent proof of residency from the following categories:
- Utility bill (PG&E, water, phone, or cable)
- Copy of your Driver's License w/your Saratoga address
- Bank statements
- Property tax bill
